We are seeking an experienced Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Supervisor to join our growing restoration team. This role is for a true leader—someone with hands-on technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate understands not only what needs to be done, but why—and can adapt quickly when conditions, scope, or timelines change in the field.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within restoration

  • IICRC Certification (active or inactive accepted)

  • Ability to physically perform mitigation and remediation work

  • Set up, maintain, and monitor drying equipment per IICRC standards

  • Familiarity with DASH, Xactimate, DRYtrack, or similar platforms

  • Strong job documentation and reporting skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail in scope execution

  • Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor technicians in real time

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong accountability and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
